一、Scope of accepting complaints and reports
Accept complaints and reports of suspected illegal clues in the quality of drugs, medical devices and cosmetics products。
Conditions of acceptance and rejection
(1) Complaints and reports that meet the following conditions shall be accepted:
1.There are specific and clear complaints and reporting objects and illegal clues;
2.The subject of the complaint and the suspected illegal clues belong to the responsibilities of the drug regulatory department, or the administrative organ has the authority to deal with it。
(2) Complaints and reports under any of the following circumstances shall not be accepted:
1.There is no specific and clear object of complaint and report and illegal clues;
2.The subject of complaint and report and the clues of violations do not belong to the responsibilities of the drug regulatory department, or the administrative organ has the authority to deal with;
3.The complaint has been accepted and is still in the process of investigation and handling, and the complaint whistleblower repeatedly complains and reports on the same matter;
4.The complaint has been handled according to law, or the decision has been made not to accept the complaint, and the complaint informant repeatedly complains and reports on the same matter without new clues;
5.The illegal act has exceeded the statutory time limit for prosecution;
6.It should be resolved through legal channels such as litigation, arbitration, administrative reconsideration, or has entered the above procedures and a decision has been made to deal with it;
7.Other circumstances that are inadmissible according to laws, regulations and rules。
Third, precautions
(1) The complaint informant shall provide objective and true complaint reporting materials and evidence, explain the basic process of the matter, and provide detailed information such as the name, address, and specific clues of the alleged violation of the law。
(2) Promote real-name complaints and reports。Please keep your phone open, so that the contractor department can contact you timely and accurately, verify relevant information, and feedback the results。
(3) The complainant shall make a complaint and report based on the facts, and shall not fabricate facts, create false evidence, falsely accuse or frame others。
